Methodology

Interviews were conducted from March to June 2024 with Asia-based clients via phone this year. Respondent profiles remain largely similar to previous years, i.e. key trade finance decision makers such as treasurers, finance mangers or assistant finance managers. Revenues of these companies are generally above USD$500 million per year.
