Executive Summary
This report provides detailed information on cash compensation information for executive and manager level positions for the largest institutional investors in Germany. Compensation information is broken down by portfolio size, type of institution, job function and tenure.
Methodology
From January 2015 through March 2015, Greenwich Associates conducted in-person, on-line and telephone interviews with 241 fund officials at the largest institutional investors in Germany. The data in this report is based upon aggregated results from individuals participating in the study. The information contained in this report is self-reported and is intended for the sole purpose of personal benchmarking. All data is presented in Euros.
